Quiltmind provides LinkedIn content creation, management, and training services for executives and teams. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Executive LinkedIn content writing and ghostwriting
- Team LinkedIn training programs (QuiltSchool)
- Performance analytics and tracking
- Consulting and strategy services
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

8. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Definition
Users that opt-in to the QuiltMind notification service can expect to receive messages concerning the marketing and sale of digital and physical products, services, and events.
2. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
3. Frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the short code. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
5. Support (HELP)
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@quiltmind.com.
6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiltmind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiltmind and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
